Privacy Policy

Your email address (used for sign-in links and service emails), the content you publish on your site, media you upload, and payment submission details (payment method, sender reference and transaction ID — never a PIN or password). Sign-in uses secure, HTTP-only session cookies; we don't use advertising trackers.

When someone visits a site hosted on Portofolio, we count page views as hourly aggregates — page, referrer domain and country — with no visitor-level profiles, no fingerprinting and no cross-site tracking. When a visitor submits a contact or appointment form, the details they enter (name, email, phone, message, requested time) are delivered to the site's owner, who is responsible for how they use them.

Data is processed by our infrastructure providers: our database and hosting providers (Neon, Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend) and our file storage provider (Cloudflare R2 / S3). These providers may store data outside Bangladesh. We don't sell personal data to anyone.

Deleting your site from Settings permanently removes its content, leads, appointment requests and analytics. Payment records are kept as long as required for accounting. Leads and appointment requests can be deleted by the site owner at any time; visitors can ask the site owner, or us, to remove their submitted details.

You can export your leads as CSV, delete individual records, or delete your entire site yourself. For anything else — access, correction or deletion requests — email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
